It looks like in PP way too much structure was added resulting in a lot of noise, particularly in the sky. At ISO 200, there shouldn't be that much noise in the RAW files. Also, it's a little out of focus — the rocks in the foreground right look a little soft, despite the apparent sharpening in PP. In the HDR processing it looks a gritty look was intended, but it looks overdone; the rocks look over-sharpened and over-staturated. Big lake! - is it Lake Winnipeg?
