I would never have gotten the exposure right with foreground and the sky, I don't think.

Interesting that the occupants of the "lonely house" are up early for fishing (?). They say a fisherman is early to bed and early to rise... however a photographer has to be even earlier. The difference being that your photograph shows a good catch and the fisherman may make up lies. Fabulous photograph.
