The brood had just had a swim in the lake and were worn out. so they came to shore and sat down in the sun and went to sleep, except for this little one.

After these goslings had a little swim they were tuckered out and came to shore for a little nap in the warm sunlight. Shot with D200 and 70-200 VR with Nikon 1.7 TC mounted on a Star D100 tripod with Markins 20 ballhead. f/9, 1/250, ISO 200, 340 mm equiv focal length before crop factor.
