I'm curious to hear pros and cons on any of these types of products. In the end it no doubt boils down to what features are *most* important to any individual user.Visit my Nikonians gallery.

The killer for me is that it appears to ONLY be able to open for editing via Windows preferences. This doesn't work for me as I want to leave NEF files associated with a fast image viewer that I use (Irfanview) whereas I edit photos with Affinity Photo. Sure I can use the "open with" but that again uses Windows and is at least a four click process to open a file for editing.
Another flaw seems to be the inability to view and compare two photos side by side.
Another issue is that it's "slow" (even on a modern fast computer running off SSD drives).Visit my Nikonians gallery.

IMatch 2017 is operational for over a year.
One can view affinity images in the viewer... You need to make sure you have codec installed.
You can view up to 12 images simultaneously in the viewer. This makes for very easy selection when one has a burst of 10-15 images taken over s few seconds.
Forum is very helpful if you are stuck.
I'm not sure why you day its sloe. I find it very fast I've over 100k of images archived.

It would be interesting to know as there is no specific option for this software when setting up personal profile.
Thanks,
