Traumatic is not the word. Once you sale your Harley, you can get rid of anything. Really miss my bike. While I was riding, my wife would take pictures riding in the back. Amazing pictures when you consider that she could look 360 degrees going 60 MPH. But, as you get older, I guess you start feeling more insecure on a big bike like that. Got an accident once so I guess I felt also more nervous. So now, we are more focused on photography. She's in Florida right now taking nice pictures while i'm still here in the cold. Fortunately, going to join her next week with all my gear
It was really strange to hand it over at the local Staples/UPS to ship it out - I watched the young lady wrap it in bubble wrap and carefully fill up the remainder of the box w/ peanuts. Then the cover was closed ... and it was gone. Now I just stare at my lenses sitting safely on my desk.
