My D600 arrived today - first impressions...

My D600 arrived today and I'm pretty happy. My damn fingers are a little long, but the D600 will just have to get used to it. I set it to raw, lossless compressed, aperture priority, set the AE-L button for Focus on, put on the 70-200 VRII 2.8 and the TCE-14 (was hoping to see some birds in flight...)

Love how quiet the shutter is compared to my D700. Nice. Got out to Sawhill Ponds, here in Boulder. The light was a little harsh around 1:30, but it was what I had... The exposures were really nice, I can see the extra resolution. NICE. As expected the range is fantastic.
