D600 with SB910/mini-tt1/flex-tt5
Please could anyone offer advice on how to set up a D600 with PocketWizards/SB910? I have attempted this but am seeing banding above 1/80th second in my images, and assume I am doing something incredibly stupid.
D600 with 1.01 firmware.
PW Mini TT1, upgraded to latest firmware (to support D600).
PW Flex TT5, upgraded to latest firmware.
SB-910 mounted in softbox.
Settings -> Bracketing/flash -> Flash sync speed 1/200* (Auto FP)
Flash is set on manual mode, 1/8 power and disply shows M FP in top left hand corner.
Everything turned on in recommended order i.e. SB-910 -> Flex -> Mini -> D600.
Now, if I take a picture of the soft box at ISO 100, 1/80 second shutter and f/2.8 I see a nice white softbox. Moving to 1/100 shutter, only the top third of the image is illuminated by the flash. At 1/125 second (or higher), the front fabric of the soft box is dark.
I have missed an important setting somewhere, can anyone suggest what it is? Thanks.

Quick update to say that I have reset the PW units to factory defaults with the firmware uploader tool, and now I see no banding in images. Sorry for the time wasting post.

Time wasting? I'm not so sure. I imagine composing the message helped you with the logic of the problem. When you add to that the fact that much of what I know is in the realm of knowing what not to do, I found your post to be informative.

no waste at all..
i use PW a majority of the time. I tried the above mentioned a few times.
There was an update for the D600 not too long ago. That alone was problematic considering they called it a "Beta Test" so it got me jumping around thinking there was an official release somewhere and for the life of me i couldnt find it.
Once i completed install of the beta test firmware upgrade, i was able to shoot away no errors.
