Just curious what others thought. It seems that 2K scene detection system vs 91K is significant. Will this only matter if you are in full auto focus mode where you allow camera to choose a focus point w face recognition/ 3D etc. I usually choose my focus point manually but allow camera to autofocus on the point I choose. Will the D600 be able to focus as well as the D800 or D4? Does this large discrepancy in scene recognition matter? I guess exposures are expected to be slightly less accurate with a limited scene detection system. Is this assumption correct?
