I just got my D600 a few days ago. Yahoo. Finally had a short time this afternoon to test before going work. Put the fully charged battery in it and an empty card. Put my 28-105mm on it.
Turned it on and set the time, copyright, etc. Went to take a picture and the viewfinder display is fuzzy. I can see only a fuzzy glow along the bottom.
I wear glasses so I tried moving between my bifocal and the normal section. No better. Took my glasses off, still just a fuzzy glow along the bottom. Tried adjusting diopter with bifocal,
normal section of my glasses and without glasses. Doesn't matter either eye, display is unreadable.

So just to make sure that I'm not losing my vision I put the 28-105mm on my D90. Viewfinder display looks just I remebered it - READABLE.
So does anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong? I would hate to have to send it back, what a hassle. I did take 2 photos and they looked good on the lcd.

If I have to send it back I guess I'll have to. I'll have to figure out how to convince HER that the new delivery is only a replacement and not another new camera.
