Question on using the ML-3 IR remote release HELP!
I was wondering if the ML-3 IR remote can be used to release the D600's shutter when the camera is in mirror lock up mode with normal shutter speeds? I know that this can be done when in B mode... but I am thinking more in terms of slow shutter speeds fron 60th to 15 seconds.
Ideally I would like to be able to have the camera meter and focus.... hit the release, have the mirror lock up and then after a short delay fire the shutter to avoid vibrations.
What settings would I need?

Page 85 in the manual.
In shooting menu choose remote mirror up from Remote Control Mode
On the release mode dial on top of the camera select remote control mode.
Now when you click ML-L3 once, the mirror goes up and stays up until you make the second ML-L3 click which fires the shutter.
