Camera Control Pro2 wont recognize D610
I am running Camera Control Pro 2.17.0. This is the most up-to-date version and should have no problem recognizing the D610, however, CCP keeps telling me that no camera is detected.
I've tried different cables, I've reset the camera to factory settings, tried in different modes, with and without the EP5B battery connector.
Otherwise, the D610 seems to work with no problems
Finally my D300 connects just fine.

Thanks for the suggestion. I uploaded what I thought was the most recent the other night. I'll try this one.
Oddly if I connect the D610 then open iPhoto, wait til he D610 is recognized THEN open CCP, CCP recognizes the camera. Every time I have to go thru this rigamarole. We'll see if the upgrade helps.

Well updating to CCP 2.18 did not help. I did discover, however, that if I quit and restart CCP the D610 will be recognized every other start. I think this is equivalent to running iPhoto except that iPhoto recognizes the D610 every time. CCP recognizes the D610 only every other time.
