Pushing it with the D800

Just before I dropped my D800 off in El Segundo for the LH focus issue yesterday, I had been shooting in Santa Barbara. I had an opportunity to see what the D800 could do in a hurried situation at the limits.

This shot (RAW) was hand held in very poor light with a Nikkor 24-120mm f/4 lens @ 55mm, 1/15s, f/5.0 and ISO 3200. This is straight out of the camera with no PP at all except resizing for this post.

Not the best shot I agree, but impressive considering the conditions I thought.
