Help!! I have read tons of information on creating star trails, but still have questions
Gear - D800, MC36, 17-35mm F2.8,
My question is -
1). Is it better to shoot 30s exposures using LNR or
2) Bulb setting 2,3,4 minute exposures.
Both setting intent to stack.

I attached my first try this was using 30s exposures with LNR.
Sorry its a horrible picture my focus is horrible but I can fix that!

I would like to see more a constant trail rather than obvious star dots.

Headed to Mt Baker tonight to give this another try...............
