Now that Nikon is about to announce an advisory (next couple weeks) on the D800/e, and a defined procedure seems to be in place at the local repair facilities, I have decided to send in my D800 and D800e for left side focus issues and have a couple questions for the long time members here.

1.) Since I am NOT a pro, I can be without all my equipment for several weeks, I am wondering if I should send in all my lenses as well to have them calibrated to the bodies?

2.) Which are the preferred facilities? Anyone have any bad experiences anywhere?

3.) I can not seem to locate two of the yellow slips that came with certain lenses, how do I replace them?

Thanks for any Assistance on this...
