Did your D800 require A/F Fine tune adjustments for your lens's?

I would like to hear from those who have performed A/F Fine tune-ing on their D800 and
find out, were your adjustments consistent between all your glass or were your adjustments all over the map.....-3,-15,-20...etc. Also were these adjustments necessary AFTER you sent your D800 in for left A/F point repair. I thought this information would be use-full to those who are trying to squeeze the sharpest image from their D800. I personally have not had to fine tune any of my glass on my D3S's so this has been an education for me as well in fine tuning all my glass for my D800
