Hello,

I am about to pull the trigger and move from the D90 to the D7000. I have had auto sequence of image number on since the beginning using my D90. I am going to give my significant other my D90 so it will continue to auto sequence images, and I do the post processing for the images.

What kind of flexibility do I have with the d7000 to be able to differentiate file names so that if there are duplicate numbers in the file name, the other part of the filename would be different. That way I can keep images from the two cameras separate so in Lightroom 3, I don't have duplicate image names for two different images.

Thanks,

Terry
