Hey, just picked up a Rokinon 14mm/2.8, the "UMC" version which is supposed to support exposure reporting and focus confirm. I get no sort of focus confirm on the D7K, but then I'm not sure I understand how it's supposed to work. What AF mode do I need to be in, and do I need to half-press the shutter to get it to try? Also, it's improperly reporting aperture -- for example when the lens is at F/2.8 the camera reads that as F/0. When stopped all the way down to F/22, it reads F/7 or so.

Would appreciate some help!
