hi,
Got my D7100 Thursday and took it out this afternoon to the local park for it`s first outing on a quick visit by my daughter and her cousin with their kids. What I was finding after a few shots was that it was underexposing. Is this a trait of this camera? I know it is very early days as yet and it is going to take me some time in getting used to the new camera but was wondering if I have overlooked something and not set things up properly or does it have a tendency to save the highlights in preference to overexposing them. I think I may have to go back to the drawing board and set things up again.

Before doing so I would like to hear some views from other members on their first time out experiences with the D7100.

Love the camera by the way..

Thanks,
Ian
