Which AF Area mode setting do you recommend for shooting landscapes? I saw a tutorial and it said S (single point) was best. It said d9 d21 and d51 were best for shooting action. It also noted that in order to use d9, d21 or d51 you have to be in AF-C (continuous focus) mode.

So should landscape settings be: AF-S (single focus) and AF area S (single point) ? I had thought to get the best focus that if you used d51 in the 1.3 crop mode you would have focusing throughout the entire shot and this would be better than Single point focusing.

So you have two settings to consider: AF Mode and AF Area Mode. I am shooting in A Priority. Thanks.
