My D7100 is now about two weeks old, and I've just noticed the first dust spots. I was able to get most of them with the sensor cleaning function and a good blower, but the day will come when I have to bring out the copper hill brush and clean it manually. I've done this many times with my D300 with no adverse effects, so I'm used to doing this. My question is - without the anti-aliasing filter, is it easier to damage the sensor when cleaning?
