My D7000 has developed a hot or stuck pixel close to the center of the frame. Of course this happens just as basketball is starting up. Is there anything that I can do to resolve this short of sending it to Nikon? I sent my D90 in last year and it was about 2 1/2 weeks I was without it. Of course the D7000, like the D90, is just out of warranty. Is there any chance that the recent firmware upgrade would fix this?

Thanks,
Keith
