I don't mean to avoid your question, but rather than duplicate data that I might make an error on, its easier if you just click on each of the photos and look at the info that comes up under the picture. If you want more detailed info, just click on the link at the bottom of each photo to see the EXIF information.
As far as sharpening goes, the photo in the yellow outfit was taken with the camera right out of the box in Auto mode. So the camera was set to whatever the default setting is for that. There is also a slight amount of edge sharpening done in Aperture.
The other two photos were RAW images, so in-camera sharpening doesn't apply. There was some sharpening applied in the RAW Fine Tuning block for both photos (default Aperture values), and some edge sharpening of the flash photo.
As far as what I "typically" do. I normally shoot RAW in Aperture Priority and nearly always apply some sharpening in the RAW processing. This is where I need to experiment. Then, I sometimes use edge sharpening (depending upon the image) during post-processing.
Hope this helps. I'd like to hear what others do for sharpening. I plan to try out the NIK plug-ins when I return from my vacation at the end of the month to see if I can automate things a bit.
