Capture One/Media Pro Users
Note for Phase One Capture One/Media Pro users -- If you upgrade your computer with an new hard drive, Capture One and Media Pro don't work anymore. Apparently, the software license not only checks the computer, but also the hard drive serial number. ARRG. A real problem if you do the upgrade duing a holiday weekend when there is no support from Phase One. I have a much faster computer, but can't access my images unless I go back to Adobe Lightroom as my primary DAM

If you go the the Phase One site you can log into your account and then (in the manage your licenses section) deactivate your license for Capture One. Once done you can open Capture One on your computer and re-activate it with your license info.
