I am pleased to say that my infrared photograph was used as cover art for a ghost story anthology, "Specter Spectacular: 13 Ghostly Tales." The editor chose the photo because she saw skulls, faces, and figures in the woods. Steve Simon also noticed them when he reviewed the image at the Nikonians "The Passionate Photographer" workshop in Toronto. It's creepy!

Larry, The Pinkney Recreation Area is an excellent guess, but this image was was taken at the Matthaei Botanical Gardens in Ann Arbor. The grounds have several hiking trails and this footbridge is at the beginning (or end) of one of them. It as a cold, miserable early spring day just after a rain. I was out with the IR camera looking for something different to shoot and something different found me.
