I won two categories this year at the Scarborough Renaissance Faire. I look at the images and think I could do better. Is anyone else so critical of their own work that they aren't happy with it, even when they win? Don't get me wrong, I am very happy and flattered that I won, I just think I have lots of room for improvement.

Oh and I am Jim Seeds, Corinth, Texas.
My first win was the same contest last year. If you click on 2008 winners you will see it.

I think I understand what you are saying.
You know what? You are getting better.
You now see the little details that should have been noticed before the shutter release went down.
GOOD! Congratulations on the wins of course, but more so for the increased awareness, which will lead you to even more rewarding images for yourself.
Have a great time :-)
