D5100 & Wireless shutter release mode timeout
Loving my D5100 and the wireless release works well, but it reverts back to "S" (button mode) after a relatively short period of inactivity. I'd like to take some wildlife shots that require me to wait a while and the timeout keeps hampering my ability to use the wireless shutter release in this fashion. Is there any way to adjust the timeout period?

Yes, it is under the Menus.
Go into the Custom Setting Menu, then go into (c) Timers/AE Lock, then look for (c4) - Remote on duration.
You can set it to 1, 5, 10, or 15 min duration.
