Just saying they "appear dull on the laptop" is kind of like saying "my vehicle doesn't drive up steep roads". Well, is it a jacked up 4x4 or is it a K car? If it is a 4x4, did you actually put it in four-wheel drive? Hi or low? and what gear?
And what about the hill? What is it like? Can you show us?
Basically we need a lot more info and possibly see a sample image to help.
I will upload the picture to my gallery however how would you get to see how it appears in the review mode on the camera? The review on the LCD screen appears closer to the real scene than the photo uploaded onto the computer.
In any case I will upload the photo from my laptop today.
The camera LCD is a poor way to judge an image as it depends upon the brightness of the surroundings when viewing. Also, a laptop monitor may be completely off as far as brightness and color goes. A calibrated monitor will give you the most accurate view of your images.
