Hi guys,

I have 2 D700 bodies and I cannot for the life of me get the remote shutter to work on either of them.

I have a RF-603 wireless trigger plugged into the 10pin port on the front of the camera and the 2nd RF-603 as the trigger.

When I press down the trigger it will auto focus but I cannot get it to trip the shutter. It is the same if I just use the one plugged into the camera too.

Is there some mode I am supposed to be in on the camera? I have searched the internet high and low but cannot find this information anywhere. Nor can I find any information in the manual about how to make this work.

I have seen that others are using the RF-603 trigger with the D700. Extremely frustrating haha
