Hi, a newbie to Nikonians.
I have a D700 with the MBD10 grip. I use Sandisk 60Mb/sec cards. Until recently, if I held the shutter release button down it would carry on firing. Recently, after a factory default re-set it has begun to only shoot three exposures, then stops. I have re-set the D shooting menu twice with no result. The shutter release control dial is set to CL.
Has anyone any input on this, please?

Len, many thanks - that was a perfect diagnosis and cure. It's been bugging me for ages! Also I've now discovered the Fn button! I've also found the page in the Nikonians Press book about the D700 which mirrors your advice.

Glad to help. Setting bracketing is not as obvious on the D300 and D700 as the D2 and D3 series bodies. Nikon finally added a dedicated BKT button on the D800 next to the ISO, Qual and WB buttons.
And welcome to Nikonian's. The members here are great.

Yes, when I upgraded from the D200 to the D700, that missing bracket button took a little getting used to.
