Can anyone expand on the differences between these two Nikon lenses (80-400 f/4.5-5.6D ED, vs 200-400 f/4G IF-ED). I realize the 200-400 is a faster lens but other than needing more light, is their any image quality deficit in the 80-200? It IS a lot less money and easier to lug around (3lbs vs 7+lbs).

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
