Do all webhosts have you send sRGB in JPEG format?

Smugmug recommends that you upload JPEG images in sRGB color mode. That results in the lowest quality images possible, except that they do take full resolution images. Are all webhosts like this? In effect, it means that my potential customers will NOT get the highest quality prints compared to the prints I can provide myself.
