I haven't used Kinko's but recently I've had 2 20x30's done for me by www.Ofoto.com in California and am quite pleased with the quality. Both were shot with the Fuji S2/RAW mode, converted to TIFF, resized with Fred Miranda's S2 SI action to 20x30 @300dpi, contrast/sharpness corrected, then saved as a Max quality (level 12) JPEG, uploaded and had them the next day by noon via FedEx.
They're very reasonably priced and as long as your monitor is profiled correctly and you save it in sRGB you should have an almost exact match. They use Kodak "Duralife" paper which has a reputed lifespan of >100 years.
