Dear fellows, especially those of you who work with Epson 2200 Photo Printer and/or cured it. Please help me to solve my printing problem in workflow with Adobe Photoshop CS 6 and Epson 2200 Photo Printer. Below is how it goes:
1. Before to print, we calibrated the monitor and created printer profile with Pro X-Rite.
2. In Photoshop: Edit, Color Setting we used default "North America General Purpose 2"
3. In Printer Setup, at print settings under Color Management we chose ICM, and under ICC profile- Applied by Printer Software.
4. Under Color management we chose "Photoshop handles color"
5. We printed first copy of an image and got it substantially darker, then we printed second copy using Photoshop command "brightness" +30% to compensate tonal shift.
Still a result not so good as it should be even though we use last version of Epson 2200 software. What is wrong?
David
