Hi,

I've been printing with the Epson 2880 for about 3 years both on fine art paper and canvas. I'm very satisfied except for paper feeding and changing black cartridges. I am now ready to move to a larger printer. I'm dreaming about:

- 24" wide
- can use rolls to print long panoramas
- prints canvas and fine art paper
- very low maintenance (the 2880 is low maintenance, no clogging)
- no black cartridges switching
- auto cutting of canvas rolls to desired print lenght
- trouble-less paper/canvas feeding

I'm thinking about the Epson 7900.

Is it the most recent model from EPSON for that size? If yes, when did it come out and do you know what is the upgrade cycle of Epson printers?

Thanks for your help,
