I have a Samsung T240 (TN panel), about 3-4 years old. My computer is Windows 7 64 bit Premium and a Nvidia Quadro 600.

I calibrated the monitor with X Rite i1 Diplay Pro.

I set the calibration targets to D65, 100cd/m, and native contrast.
I set the software to ADC, rather than manual control to change the settings.
I also set tone response curve to Standard, not sRGB.

The calibration results show 6549K, 97 cd/m and 786:1 contrast.

Now what I see is very different colors in windows and web pages.

For instance, on the Nikonians forum pages, the colored stripes that alternate every other row on the forum topics use to be a very light gray. Now I see them as a light tan color. What is correct?

Using Capture NX2, my photos look good, although slightly less saturated, but the menu colors (gray) now have a yellowish tint.

Is this what I should have been seeing or is the calibration way off?
