I just received my new Epson R2000. I had used Mpix and AdoramaPix in the past for various printing, although the cost per print was good from both sources, I thought the cost of shipping for a small amount of prints was not justifiable so I took the step forward to try home printing. After research and forum/review scanning and budget, I choose the R2000.

I will be using this printer with a 25" iMac and 15" MacbookPro, both running on Snow Leopard. I have both LR3 and CS5 on both systems and use Spyderexpress3 for monitor calibration. Besides the above mentioned, do I need something to calibrate monitors and printer?

I also purchased a ream of glossy and luster paper which I have have read is the best paper to use with the R2000. I will also be downloading the specific color profiles for each paper from Epsons website. Is there a proper/best way to download these profiles and place them properly in Mac's colorsync utility? I tried to download the profiles from Mpix but could not get the profiles placed properly. Any suggestions as to do this with Epson's profiles?

Placement of the printer (due to size) will probably require use of the Wi-Fi (another reason for the R2000) does anyone have any comments or suggestions about this and/or proper configuration of the Wi-Fi setup?

Last, any tips or tricks or knowledgeable recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I am a newbie to the "home-printing" arena and my wife is eager to display some of the (IMO ) better images I have taken.

Thanks in advance for looking and any comments that may be thrown my way.
