Has anyone managed to use SoftTALK 2000 running under Vista? I recently got an F90X and was hoping to connect it to my laptop but everytime I open the program I get the error message:-
Failed to set data for ''
I can use it without problem on my PC under Win98SE but later in the year I am going overseas and may well shoot more films than the F90X can store information of.
I have been told it works fine under XP and therefore should be OK on Vista too?

Can you run the program in the XP compatibility mode?
Note this is a 32 bit program, so if you using Windows 7 64 bit, you will also have to force the OS to the 32 bit mode.

I run SoftTALK2000 with Vista Ultimate 64bit and get the same error message. It does however, run well except that I cannot enable data recording. I assume this is either a software issue or that there must be a fresh roll of film loaded in the camera.
