what's up with the big ego trip those nikon technical service guys have?!

hello to all,
has anyone gotten bad service from the tech dept at the 1800 645 6687 # ? what's up with their attitude problem. they are sarcastic , rude, very unproffesional, and are not patient to any questions you have for them.leaving you with have an answer. not to mention the fact that some don't know much about the products. when i call i have specific questions i need help with. certain sb28 functions and so forth.the person tells me" so, read the manual" a**hole, i alreay did and that's why i'm calling!!

the guy who made the recording for the answering system (rob?) is the biggest jerk i've ever had a chance to speak to! it seems that they do you a favor by answering your questions. in case those clowns didn't notice, people like us pay there salary. they got an ego trip nad act like gods and snobs and are to obnoxious cus they figger, hey we know we have great equipment so it doesn't matter that we give good service.
i'd like to is someone can give me a url to Nikon japan headquaters? i'd like to write them a complaint letter.i'm sick and tired of their crappy service and their long waiting time get more help!!. i'll do what i can to bring it to nikon japan attention. they wouldn't dare give service like that over there!!
