Which country buys the most dSLR's in Europe?

According to Amateur Photographer it has emerged this week that at the London launch of the D7100 that France had 74 of every 10000 population owning a dSLR, thus the lowest buyers of dSLR's. The UK is 77 per 10000, Germany 113 per 10000, Switzerland 163 per 10000. No real surprises there considering which countries have suffered most from the financial crisis. However, the UK Nikon holds 45.3% share of the market to Dec. 2012. These figures were obtained by the market analysts at GfK.

It would be interesting to know how these splits workout in the US, Canada etc?
