Antero these are very intense. With the current solar storms I think you will get another chance. Having lived in Greenland and other northern climes, I have seen the Northern lights many times but never with the intensity of your images-nice capture.
Thank you Bob. I was lucky to have a cloudless sky. But that means a cold night. The Norwegian also seemed to have less snow than we have. About 12 - 15 of my first shots were blurred because my tripod kept sinking deeper and deeper into the snow on each shutter activation.

Having seen northern lights like that at lat. 60N was rare. What's even stranger, we've been in Lapland, at 67.5N since Saturday, without seeing anything although we've had clear skies and we're within a few days of the spring equinox.
