Hi Kick, Thanks for your comment. I struggled where to cut off the building because of signage. Plus the distortion was a challenge. The moon and clouds were my main focus. My view was much prettier before they built that condo complex!
Katy, spring-boarding off what Mick said, I'd try cropping to exclude the brightest area below the second floor. I think another image is hiding in there. I love what 25 seconds did to the clouds, all cottony; but why don't the stars have trails?

Hi Larry, I 'll play with that idea. If I view this at 100% you can see the star movement, little long lines. The clouds were as they appeared in real time. They had the swirl effect because of the high winds. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll post the results.
