A better title might be -- Adventures in Bad Capture!

Taken at White Sands National Monument this past Saturday.
Contributions to poor capture: handheld; shooting into sun; not using bracketed shots;
uninteresting sky; auto-ISO; laziness (not wandering from well-trodden path).
I still wanted to post it, even if just for myself, as the dunes have fascinated me since childhood.

One odd thing, this is a "panoramic" crop of the original image. No toning was done.
The original has a blue cast; this cropped image seems to be sepia toned.
