Thank you. It's actually looking up at a hand made chandelier of bare bulbs in light bulb sockets hanging over my bother-in-law's outdoor bar. I shot it in shade with spot metering on the florescent bulb. This made the the light colored ceiling go black. Many of the incandescent bulbs are burnt out. Then I set the overall WB to incandescent in LR4 and then did a custom WB on the florescent bulb. That made it go white and the regular bulbs turn blue. This image is what it would normally look like although I purposely shot this a little high key.

Yes, incandescent bulbs are disappearing here in the US. I have tested several of the emerging compact fluorescent (CFL) bulbs for light quality, measured versus rated color temperature, start-up time, etc. My local electrical supply store owner keeps me supplied with free samples for testing. I then report back to him. Some good results, others not so good.
