Nice scene but I wonder about a few things;
1) I wonder why the horizon looks tilted to me. It might be just an optical illusion with the curving coastline etc.
2) I wonder how it would have looked a few minutes later when the sun was lower on the horizon, maybe illuminating the clouds with more colour?
3) I wonder what it would have looked like with a polariser to cut through some of the haze, to cut some of the reflection on the water and to lengthen the exposure?
4) I wonder if you used a tripod or shot hand held?

It was handheld and had a polarizer. The sun was to the SW, and was quite low - is why the wispy clouds are so visible.
Reducing a 12 mpx image to 72kb looses a whole lot of quality.
Here's another shot taken 20 yards back and pointing north. It better shows a fog bank off shore, which might account for the horizon. (F 4.8, 1/160, 11-17 mmTamron @ 11 mm. ISO 200, also polarized.)
