This I like! The line of boats and the line of the skyscraper in the background... nice colors.
But it seems to be a little tilted... did you shoot this from a boat?

Like the colourful boats in the foreground and spaced diagonally towards the skyscrapper in the background.
Not knowing whether you used a zoom or not,may be you could compose it removing the little bit of bright sky at the top of the frame and the white boat which has been cropped in half.

A friend tipped me off to the value of the architectural grid when shooting over water. It makes it very easy to keep the horizon level. Also, changing grids was a lot easier than I imagined. Now both my Nikons have this grid.
