I think Ansel is a model for all of us - especially in the New Mexico. The cemetery image definitely had his Moonrise image in mind both when I took it and during post processing.
I purposely did not look at any of his images prior to visiting Taos Pueblo. I wanted to create my own images - not replicating his. His images were quite original when taken, but in a location like Taos Pueblo are almost a cliche now (in a good sense in that they are emulated).
Lee - you live in a great place. I was excited every morning to get up and photograph the early light on pueblos, mountains, or even hot air balloons. There are some magical times around the churches and pueblos of the area.
Eric, These shots of yours are magical. Part of a steep learning curve, I profess I know nothing of IR-photography. I will get my self updated and start questions. I presume that with IR you refer to "Infra Red". Thank you for the post.
