To start, a BR2A.
Are your current lenses D or G?
I hate when people ask me what I see myself doing in 5 years...... I don't have 2020 vision!

Something I have been playing around with myself,
I am a novice at this stage but have discovered a few "opinions" about the process,
As mentioned, a BR2A will reverse your lens allowing you to focus very close,
Exposures are are trial and error with manual shooting
The second "trick" to play with is to "stack" a reversed lens,
You can reverse a lens on the front of your existing lens, wide angle usually gives a better ratio
To "join" the two lenses, you will need a "male/male" ring to join the both together
Both the required tools, BR2A and the male/male rings can be picked up on ebay
The BR2A is a Nikon part whereas the male/male rings are after market,
You can get them in stepup and stepdown, like a 67mm/52mm for example
I used to have a photographic memory but never got it developed
