I'm new to this forum and would appreciate your comments on this shot
If you've got broadband, there's a larger one at slartibartfast.free.fr/rouen-pano-hi.jpg where there's more detail (and a botched join of clouds in one spot)
My Album (Gallery sounds far too grand for this)

Hi and welcome to Nikonians.
First of all, this image is way too big even though you are providing the bandwidth to display it. There are guidelines for uploading images to the Nikonians servers and I would suggest you read them and reconsider the size of this. Having to scroll to view a panorama spoils the impact of it, IMHO.
The composition is OK but other than the nice puffy clouds, it lacks drama and a central focal point. Yes, the river attracts the eye, but it really is not enough to distinguish it from any other pano of a cityscape. Try shooting at dusk or dawn for something more, or recompose so that the horizon does not run right through the middle of the frame. I would also crop the guard rail on the right side, it doesn't add anything to the composition and actually is a distraction.
Thanks for sharing this with us. Where is this, BTW?

First, When I click the link I get an error message and can not see an image so I can't comment on that.
Second, I'm not sure I see how the uploading guidlines are relevant here as you are provideing a link, not an uploaded image to nikonians.
I'll look back again when the error is corrected.
