Thank you Pakku. It is absolutely overexposed. I bracketed my shots for this shoot because of the snow and ice. My camera mount is not quite as tight as it should be so I had to take the best of this scene to post. Unfortunately, the pics are a bit soft, and in this case overexposed, even after PP but the camera is destined for the shop right after the holidays.
Hi Linda, I was a fair distance away from the action. Everything was occuring on a lake that has been deemed off limits by the Fish and Wildlife Division. I had a 1.4x mounted, which obviously affected IQ. It was a great experience nonetheless.
Thanks Preston. They do look playful in this shot. Unfortunately the images I have of them bearing teeth and snarling are not worthy of posting here. I have a shakey mount on the camera and am heading to the shop today.
Vaughn, that first shot is a great capture, exposure not quite there or not . Not crazy about the bird bottom left but easy enough to get rid of if you want . Happy, belated, New Years . I could not get a mobile conection to my daughter in Denver at the stroke of midnight
Thank you very much Tom. It's always good hearing from you. I hope for you and yours a very happy New Year. Should the planets align and you are able to make the trip to Denver, we will have to get together for some shooting and jousting. Continue to take care of yourself.
great shots Vaughan love the balance in the first shot magpie coyote vs magpie coyote by the way why did your wildlife dept close the area and what would happen if you transgressed and went in closer Michael
