Hi all Nikonians!

I write this post hoping you can solve my problem. I have a Nikon F801s body, with a Metz 45CL3 flash, a SCA 346/2 AF M1 TTL adapter and SCA 300A connection cable. Now I bought a Nikon F100 body, and I saw in the compatibility chart that Nikon F100 body need a SCA 346/2 AF M2 or newer model to function correctly. The question is: Can I use SCA 346/2 AF M1 with my F100 body? What will be the disadvantages? Or can the M1 model be modified to M2 version? All feedback and suggestions will be useful...

Thanks to all!
